1.鸡全翅四个约500克斩成小块

2.锅内烧开水下入鸡块,加一勺料酒焯一分钟。然后冲洗净盛出备用

3.土豆洗净去皮,然后切成小块。如果没有及时下锅最好泡清水中以防变黑

4.青红椒各一个去籽后切小块

5.图中配料,香叶四片、干辣椒十个切段、桂皮一片、八角两个、姜片适量、蒜头五瓣、红花椒适量

6.锅内加一点油,放入红花椒小火炒香,然后将花椒捞出

11.放入土豆块,一次性加入适量清水,调入一点胡椒粉

12. 十分钟后浓汁变浓变少时,加入青红椒块继续焖一分钟

小窍门&温馨提示
1、关于主材料可以用整只鸡、鸡翅或是鸡腿,个人觉得还是鸡翅的肉质比较好吃
2、焖的过程可以加清水或是啤酒,据说加啤酒效果会更好
3、制作的过程需要搭配图5中的各种香料,花椒和干辣椒可以冲一下水,这样下锅后不容易焦
4、鸡肉和土豆都容易熟,焖的时间约为10-12分钟,视量的多少和鸡肉的大小而定
