16.200度烤5分钟。

17.取出,第一次涂蛋液,上色。

18.165度烤5分钟。

19.拿出来再涂第二次蛋液。

20.放入烤箱165度再烤8分钟。因为饼皮很薄,不用烤太久,如果觉得上色不满意,可以烤久点。

21.完工。
小窍门&温馨提示
面团不要太硬,容易裂开。最后烤的时间不要太长,饼皮熟了就可以了。太长因为干也是容易裂。
