4.将1/3打发好的蛋白霜加入蛋黄中,用刮刀翻拌均匀

12.将面糊倒入铺了烘焙纸的烤盘中,轻震几下震出大气泡,

13.放入预热180度烤箱, 烘烤13分钟,取出

14.2个紫薯蒸熟去头去尾,剥去紫薯皮后放入保鲜袋,用擀面杖压成紫薯泥,大概150克左右

15.把紫薯泥放入盆中,加砂糖,淡奶油

16.用电动打蛋器搅打均匀均匀成紫薯奶油馅

17.冷却后,把蛋糕四周切整齐

18.均匀抹上打发好的紫薯奶油馅

19.用油纸慢慢卷起,放冰箱冷藏定型半小时以上

这个蛋糕卷我做了好多次,大家的反映也不一致,有人说,甜了;有人说,正好,正所谓众口难调,我自己的感觉还是有点甜,不喜欢吃甜的人可以略微减少点糖量!
