小窍门&温馨提示
1. 做披萨时,其他材料和芝士需要隔层撒,也就是说需要一层材料一层芝士这样操作;
2. 做披萨用的奶酪是马苏里拉奶酪,这种奶酪受热后才能拉丝,其他的奶酪都不行的哈~
3. 关于拉丝,并不是拉丝的披萨才是好披萨,主要还是看饮食习惯和具体操作条件;
