主料
中除了黄油,就按自己和面方式和好面团把面揉到不沾手,黄油隔水软化一下揉到面里,室温发到两倍大,手指粘面粉插进去面不回缩就发好了,东北太冷了只能放进烤箱里发酵了!

2.面团排气揉好自然醒发15到20分钟,直到面饼不回缩了,擀面成披萨盘大一圈!

3.把火腿肠卷好!

10.放玉米粒,也可以放点青椒丝,圆葱丝!
