1.备食材:羊肚菌,红枣,姜片

2.羊肚菌用清水冲洗一下再用纯净水泡软(半小时)

3.排骨焯水洗净备用

4.把所有食材放入炖盅里,把刚才泡羊肚菌的水放入盅里如不够再加适量的纯净水

5.盖上盖子放入炖锅里,再盖上外盖,定3小时即可以
