1.准备好蕨根粉。

2.冷水下锅煮,水烧开后关火焖至十五分钟。

3.捞出蕨根粉用冷水冲,再用凉开水冲凉。

4.取一小碗倒入姜未蒜末,胡椒粉,酱油,白糖,鸡精,陈醋,辣椒油与辣椒粉,最后的入凉开水搅拌好。

5.把调好的汁倒入蕨根粉中,最后洒上白芝麻花生碎与葱花。
