8.把蛋白放入另外一个盆中

9.用电动打蛋器慢速把蛋白打到出现大泡时加1/3的细砂

10.打到蛋白泡沫发白再加入1/3的砂糖用高速打

11.等到蛋白浓稠时再加入剩下的1/3砂糖

12.搅打至提起打蛋器时出现弯曲的尖角就表示已经到湿性发泡了,打到湿性就可以

13.将1/3蛋白放进抹茶面糊中

14.轻轻上下翻拌均匀
