1.前腿肉去皮切小块,加点清水、胡椒粉、一勺花生油剁成肉末。

2.蒜苔洗净后切小段。

3.姜、蒜、红椒分别切碎。

4.锅内热油下肉末炒散炒至变色。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、前腿肉切小块剁成末时,加点胡椒粉可增香去腥,加一勺花生油使肉末更滑嫩。
2、蒜苔很容易熟入锅炒的时间不宜过长。
