1.食材集合,粉丝先用水浸泡(忘拍里了)。

2.干虾仁先用水泡一会,花椒粒也用温水浸泡。

3.羊肉剁成肉馅。

4.再用刀背砸一会,这样的肉馅会增加粘稠度,使肉馅容易抱团。

5.肉馅中加入姜末、葱末,分次放入适量花椒水,先给它花开打散。

6.加入一个蛋清,加入精盐和鸡精,用筷子顺着一个方向搅拌,多搅拌一会,直至粘稠上劲。

7.加入适量水淀粉搅拌。

8.料拌好的馅料粘稠有弹性。

9.锅中加入适量清水,水开后下入切好的冬瓜片,加少许精盐,加入虾仁煮一小会。

10.用手抓肉馅挤出一个小丸子,用匙挖出放入锅里。

11.下丸子的时候要调小火,锅微微有一点开时往里面下丸子。

12.都下入后调中火,煮到丸子漂起来就熟了,下入泡好的粉丝,加葱、姜丝。

13.出锅前下入香菜段,点几滴香油。
