1.先将牛奶鸡蛋酵母和砂糖放入搅拌桶里。

2.再放入面粉。

3.启动2档开始揉面10分钟。

4.10分钟后加入室温软化的黄油,继续揉面10分钟就可以了。

5.揉好的面团基础发酵至原来的两倍大。

6.取出发酵好的面团揉扁排气。

7.分隔成各相等份的面剂子。

8.取一面剂子搓圆,用擀面杖擀成厚圆片。

9.用圆形模具或小号杯子压出一圈。

10.再将压出来的圆片稍微擀大一圈。

11.将压出来了小圆圈重新放回到边缘,稍微整理一下。

12.将所有整形好的生面胚放入烤盘,入烤箱启动发酵程序,湿温将面胚第二次发酵约40分钟至1.5倍大。

13.趁等面胚二发时间来制作馅料,准备好两块黄桃。

14.将奶油奶酪、砂糖和牛奶装碗里,隔着热水搅拌至无颗粒成芝士馅料。

15.取出二发好的生面胚,边缘轻轻的刷上一层蛋液。

16.中间再填入芝士馅料。

17.再放入适量的切碎黄桃。(预热好烤箱180度)

18.送入烤箱,用上下火180度烤20至25分钟左右即可。
