1.用料:柚子皮1000克,冰糖700克,水适量,盐适量

2.柚子削去黄色表皮

3.去掉顶盖

8.用清水漂洗挤干三次

9.最后一次挤干

10.倒入锅中,加入冰糖和清水

11.置火上,大火煮沸,转中火继续煮至看不到明显水分

12.边煮边用勺将柚子皮中的水挤出

13.水分越来越少,转小火,继续将水分挤尽

14.再也挤不出水分,用筷子将柚子皮拨散

15.不断翻炒至柚子皮表面变干,熄火,摊开晾凉

16.食用或密封保存
小窍门&温馨提示
漂洗挤水时需尽量将水分挤干,以免口味苦涩。
最后尽量将表面水分烘干,更便于保存。
用糖量可以根据自己口味酌情调整。
