1.准备食材:玉米面1杯(电饭煲带的量杯)、面粉2杯,红枣80克、白糖30克、酵母粉3克。

2.玉米面放入盆中加入约150克沸水搅成团,放一边晾凉。

3.晾玉米团的时候把红枣洗净擦干,去核切小粒。

4.玉米团晾至微温的时候,加入面粉、酵母粉。

5.加入适量温水播散,加入切好的红枣粒。

6.揉成比较光滑的面团(因为有玉米面,不会太光滑)

7.蒸屉放入屉布,把揉好的面团直接放在屉布上,用手压平,放温暖处发酵。

8.发酵大约1小时,面团表面明显蓬松,放入蒸锅,大火上汽蒸25分钟。

9.蒸好后取出,稍凉后扣出。

10.晾凉后切成块即可,暄软香甜。

(晾凉后再切,切面好看,泽瑞妈等不及,热的就切了,切面不整齐)
