1.把童子鸡洗干净剁成小块。

2.生姜拍碎,蒜头切片。

3.锅烧热放油,把生姜和蒜头放进去煸炒出香味。

4.把鸡块倒进去爆炒至变色。

5.倒入适量料酒炒匀,然后把啤酒倒进去。

6.放入适量老抽、生抽、冰糖、南乳汁、胡椒粉,大火煮开后转中小火焖煮。

7.焖煮至鸡肉开始酥烂,加入适量盐,转大火收汁。
