1.准备大蒜6个。

2.选大蒜要紫皮蒜。

3.给盘子里面加水,把大蒜浸泡5分钟,这样好去皮。

4.五分钟后把大蒜掰开。

5.将剥好的大蒜用流动的水洗干净。

6.去掉有伤和坏了的大蒜。

7.用刀将大蒜两头切掉。

8.放在案板上在太阳底下把大蒜晒干水分。

9.洗好的瓶子用吹风机把里面吹干。

10.准备米醋和冰糖。

11.大蒜装进无油无水的瓶子里将。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、泡腊八蒜的大蒜最好选用紫皮蒜,另外购买的时候,要仔细选一下,要选到颗颗饱满,按一下不能有塌陷,身材圆滚滚的大蒜为最佳。
2、装腊八蒜的瓶子一定要无油无水。
