1.鲳鱼制净,葱姜洗净

2.盘底铺葱姜

4.锅中水烧开放入鱼蒸

5.蒸鱼的时候切葱姜丝红椒丝

6.15分钟后蒸熟了,把盘子中蒸出来的汤汁倒掉

8.花椒炝锅,炸香后捞出花椒不要,油烧至冒烟
