1.芥菜洗净沥干水。

2.切小段备用。

3.锅中加入清水大火烧开,放入少许盐。

4.下入芥菜烫至变色。

5.捞出装盘,淋入酱油。

6.锅里加入食用油,大火烧至冒青烟,下入事先切好的姜丝煸出香味,离火。

7.趁热将油浇到芥菜上。
