1.主要食材如图所示示意,秋葵5~6颗,肉沫适量。

2.将秋葵洗净,头部切掉后对半切开,挖去其中的秋葵籽,可选择弃用,或者加到肉沫之中。

3.剁好的肉沫加适量盐。

4.少许糖。

5.胡椒粉去腥味。

6.以及少量味达美味极鲜酱油。

7.然后加适量淀粉,让肉沫更具黏性。

8.加适量食用油,让肉沫口感细嫩不干涩,最后加一颗小鹌鹑蛋或者一个鸡蛋清,搅拌均匀。

9.用筷子将肉沫酿到秋葵之中。

10.都酿好之后。

11.锅烧热油,先大火烧热油温,再转小火开始煎。

12.将肉沫一侧朝下,先行煎制。

13.煎个40s肉沫定型后,再翻面煎制。

14.煎到秋葵和肉沫完全成熟之后。

15.另起一口锅,锅中加入适量水淀粉,然后加一勺味极鲜酱油。

16.适量蚝油,旺火炒至酱汁浓稠。

17.然后浇在秋葵之上,即可上菜啦~
