1. 在盆内加入玉米油和猪油。

2.用手动打蛋器把玉米油和猪油搅拌均匀。

3. 加入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀,使鸡蛋液和油充分融合。

4.加入糖粉,继续搅拌均匀。

5.筛入低筋面粉、泡打粉和苏打粉。

6.用刮刀翻拌均匀至无干粉状态。

7.把拌好的面糊平均分成32等份,搓圆。

8.把搓圆的面团用手按压扁平,也可以借助刮刀按压。如果非不粘烤盘,记得垫上油纸。

9.刷上鸡蛋液。

10.撒上少许黑芝麻。

11.入预热好的烤箱中层,175度13分钟。

12.烤完出炉后放在冷却架上放凉。

13.放凉后饼干才会酥松。

14.吃不完的记得密封保存。
小窍门&温馨提示
加了猪油会更加酥松,口感更棒,如果没有猪油,可以直接用色拉油等量替换,我用的是玉米油,只要无气味的色拉油均可。
大家可以根据喜好整形,每一块大小质量也可以自行调整,我是用28*28cm的不粘烤盘烤了两盘,每一盘是16块,一块桃酥约12克。
