1.虾仁处理干净,剥成虾仁

2.粉条用水冲下,放锅内煮熟

4.煮好的粉条捞起放碗内放凉。千万不可用冷水冲!!

7.炒锅上火放油放酱油炒出香味来关火,(这步油会外溅,小心别烫伤了)

9.此时把粉条碎倒进锅内

14.如上图把韭菜和虾仁都放入刚才的锅内,放香油拌匀

15.先放香油这样防止韭菜出水,拌下再放盐调下味即好,因为虾仁本身特有的鲜味,馅里就不用放鸡粉了。

小窍门&温馨提示
一:因为春天的韭菜本身就有鲜香味,所以在调馅时最好少放些佐料。最基本的姜和盐,再来些香油就好了二: 在煮水饺时,因为馅料基本已熟,所以不要煮得时间长,待水饺浮起后轻点水即好。这样煮好的水饺韭菜不会变色。
