3.自制辣椒酱:1.紫天椒去蒂洗净沥干水份

4.2.切成小粒后剁成蓉,加入少量的盐腌制

7.2.锅下油放入蒜蓉

8.3.用小火,不停的摇动锅,让蒜蓉受热匀称,炸去蒜蓉的水份,变成金黄色的蒜蓉酥

12.锅下水烧开后,把河粉放在漏勺上,放入水中烫熟(不超过一分钟)

13.沥干水份放入碗中

14.把骨头熬制的上汤和牛筋丸放入锅里,加入少量水

15.汤烧开后再继续煮1-2分钟,再把生菜放入

16.用勺子把生菜压到汤里30秒,加上少量的盐和鸡精
