1.所有材料称好备用。

6.低粉里筛入吉士粉,到上搅拌好的黄油。

7.和成光滑的面团,放入保鲜袋冰箱冷藏半小时。

8.拿出面团在保鲜袋里直接擀。

9.擀成厚度 4--5MM 的面片。

10.揭开保鲜袋拿出喜欢的模具。

11.刻出美丽的花朵。

12.花朵在模具里面压实,在花心中间用吸管扎圆孔。

13.扎好后的花朵面胚。

14.烤盘放上不粘布,模具在烤盘里脱模。

15.依次做好,摆放不要太紧。

17.在保鲜袋里集中,握成一个小团。

18.刮板直接压上去,用小点的模具刻花。

19.或者直接填在模具里压紧。

20.烤箱预热上下170度,烤10---13分钟。勤观察颜色,饼干底部微微发黄就可。

小窍门&温馨提示
图中用的是翻糖模具,这种模具做出饼干更精致些,更漂亮。家里没有翻糖模具也可用不锈钢模具代替。刻花的时候不要反复的压模具,压一次就好,更方便脱模。中空的花朵可以点缀花心,也可跳过此步骤。饼干凉凉后,放密封袋保存。
