13.电动打蛋器低速打至大泡,加入三分之一的糖粉。

15.加入另外三分之一的糖中速打到倒扣不掉。

16.把三分之一的蛋白糊加到蛋黄糊中,上下搅拌(不能划圈搅拌,以免消泡)。

17.搅拌均匀的蛋黄糊倒入蛋清糊中,继续搅拌。

18.上下搅拌,倒入模具中用力震两震,把大汽泡震出。

19.放进预热好的烤箱,中层上下火160度40分钟。
