1.豆腐皮清水泡软沥干水份。

2.白糖、生抽、蚝油,加入半杯温水调成酱汁。

3.倒入沥干水的豆腐皮中浸泡10分钟入味。

4.取出豆腐皮层层叠起卷成筒状。

5.入蒸锅蒸3-4分钟。

6.倒出蒸出来的汤汁。

7.烤盘刷薄油,放入豆腐卷,表皮刷油,入预热好的烤箱220度中层10分钟。

8.切块装盘。

没有烤箱也可用油煎至两面金黄即可。
