1.韭菜摘洗干净控干水分

2.鸡蛋打散,锅烧热入油烧热下入鸡蛋搅碎至熟 盛出晾凉备用

3.韭菜切末入容器中加入鸡蛋,盐,味精,胡椒粉,油拌匀

4.拌好的馅要马上包以免出水

9.包成饺子,锅做水烧开下入饺子再次烧开浮起即可捞出
