主料:

蒜,
2瓣,
姜,
1片,
味极鲜,
1勺,
蒸鱼豉油,
1勺,
醋,
1勺,
盐,
少许,
油,
2勺香煎鲅鱼的做法步骤

1.备好材料,我用的鲅鱼尾部段。

2.鱼已经切2cm厚段,葱姜切丝,蒜拍碎。

3.鱼段放盘里,放上葱姜丝蒜末,放入味极鲜,蒸鱼豉油,盐,醋等,搅拌均匀等

4.不粘锅至旺火烧热,加油,转小火,放入鱼段煎至两面金黄

5.把淹鱼的调味料倒入鱼段上,1分钟

6.加大半碗水,小火炖

7.鱼肉熟,大约10分钟,大火收汁至浓稠
