1.柴鸡蛋3个。

2.锅里适量水烧开,把火关了。

3.鸡蛋打入。盖上盖焖一分钟左右。

4.开小火稍煮一下,蛋白凝固成型。

6.香葱切小粒。

8.沸水冲调。(也可以用煮荷包蛋的原汤)
