1.葱姜蒜,桂皮备用(早上做的,灯光暗)

2.羊蝎子,用高压锅压15分钟,里面放入葱姜蒜,桂皮,酱油,适量盐

3.然后盖上,等15分钟后放完气,备用

4.另外炒锅起锅,放入适量有,放入葱姜蒜爆香,接着放入豆角
