1.准备食材,茼蒿清洗干净。

2.烧开水,把茼蒿放入开水里焯水。

3.捞出放在备好的凉水里。

4.挤干水份切碎。

5.加盐,白糖,辣椒碎,另起锅放入油加热,把热油浇在辣椒碎上,趁热搅拌均匀。

6.放入花生米搅拌均匀,装盘。
