1.茼蒿洗净、控去水,切成寸段,把茼蒿粗细分开放在盘中。

2.两瓣蒜切末,红椒切末。

3.炒锅放少许的油,先下入一半的蒜末,全部的红椒粒。

4.煸出蒜香味,马上下茼蒿的粗杆翻炒几下。

5.接着下入茼蒿的嫩叶

6.上下翻炒几下,放剩下的一半蒜末、咸盐,快速翻炒出锅。

7.盛出。
