1.蘑菇洗净。

2.撕成条。

3.攥干水分。

4.粘上一层淀粉。

5.油温升至5成热,下入蘑菇炸。

6.全部炸完,再升至油温8成热,复炸一遍,蘑菇有酥脆的感觉,即可。

7.撒上烧烤料、孜然粒、盐拌匀。

干炸沾上一层淀粉就可以,不用裹太厚的糊。复炸一遍更酥脆。
