1.虾仁处理干净

2.取一半做成虾泥,另一半完整的虾仁里加料酒、盐拌匀

3.把虾泥和猪肉泥混合

14.一只手推虾饺皮,一只手捏住推过来的皮子,成褶皱

15.锅里煮开水后,把虾饺放入中火蒸5分钟

小窍门&温馨提示
一定要用滚水烫面!揉好的粉团要醒一会,不要马上包!
馅料不宜放太多,不然蒸的时候容易撑破!
最好在虾仁里加点肥肉粒、马蹄粒、笋丁!
