1.面粉加温水活成面团放置一边。

2.青萝卜去皮后擦成细丝

小窍门&温馨提示
如果想要面团吃起来比较松软的,可以在活面的时候加一点酵母,青萝卜焯水后晾凉,要把里边的水分挤干净。
