1.买来白鲢1条清洗干净。

2.把鱼头切两半鱼身切段,清洗干净。

3.然后,揉面(面粉放入适量的盐,加入猪油和和成光滑面团)。

4.分成四个小面团。

6.在我家祖传的铝锅内刷油放入饼胚烙制(当然,你觉得麻烦的话,也可以去外面买)。

7.烙制表面金黄色。

8.烙好的薄饼切成菱形块(做鱼汤泡饼,大小适中,一口一个)。

9.起锅烧油。

10.将鱼段和鱼头分别煎成金黄色(这样,可以去腥使鱼肉更好吃),剪完后盛盘。

11.准备调料包:香叶,花椒,八角、桂皮,用纱布包起来。
