1.葱姜蒜切片。

2.鲅鱼去头去尾,去内脏,洗净切小段。

3.锅中放入适量植物油,爆香葱姜蒜。

4.把葱姜蒜铲到一边,放入鲅鱼段。

5.加入适量料酒,生抽,醋,糖,多烧一会儿,以便鲅鱼入味。

6.放入一大勺辣椒酱。

7.加入适量清水,没过鲅鱼,放入一个八角,几粒花椒,适量盐。

8.大火烧开。

9.烧至汤汁粘稠,小火收汁关火。
