1.将糯米洗净用冷水浸泡6-8个小时.

2.浸泡好的糯米沥干水,放入蒸锅屉,上气后再蒸25分钟.

3.蒸好的糯米,晾至微温.

4.凉开水拌散,撒上米酒曲拌均匀.

5.拌好的糯米压平,中间挖-个凹洞,酒曲加冷开水拌匀淋在上面.

6.用大一点毛巾包紧,外面用塑料袋包好,放35个小时左右.

7.酒香朴鼻,甜醇爽口的米酒做好了.做好的米酒一时吃不完,加点冷开水放冰箱冷藏室.
