1.买回来的排骨里面加少许盐和面粉用清水浸泡3分钟,再用清水冲洗干净。

2.大葱切成马蹄脚,生姜切片,准备香叶八角桂皮和冰糖。

3.锅里加水,将洗干净的排骨放进去里面加生姜片,大葱和料酒。

4.大火煮开用勺子撇去上面的浮沫。

5.再煮3分钟。

6.捞出过凉水沥干水分。

7.锅中倒油,将冰糖放进去小火炒出糖油色。

8.焯过水的排骨放进去翻炒均匀。

9.生姜片和大葱放进去翻炒均匀。

10.里面加生抽,老抽,翻炒均匀料酒和老陈醋。

11.加开水,把八角桂皮和香叶放进去大火煮开转中小火炖煮50分钟左右。
