1.肉要切得碎碎的,切成肉末.加一个鸡蛋,少许盐,姜末,搅拌均匀.

2.加淀粉,加一点水.

3.顺着一个方向,搅拌至肉末上劲.

4.锅里添水,放入姜片,少一点点胡椒粉,烧开,把肉做成圆子状,放进锅里.

5.煮圆子的时候,要小火,火大了容易把圆子冲散.待到成型以后,再开中火煮.煮开后,去除浮沫.

6.圆子煮好,汤里加盐,味道调好,豆苗放进去,烫一下,就可以吃啦.
