11.将蛋黄糊盆里的面糊全部倒入蛋白霜盆中,快速翻拌均匀至细腻的面糊

12.将混合好的蛋糕面糊倒进干净的17CM中空戚风模中,将面糊倒入模中,用双手大拇指按住中间烟囱,提起模具在桌面上轻磕几下,震去面糊中的气泡。将蛋糕模送入预热好的烤箱175度35分钟,放中下层,上下火齐烤。烤好后立刻取出,倒扣冷却,彻底冷却后脱模即可
