1.两种面粉混合

2.酵母溶于温水中静置片刻

4.发酵好的面团取出排气,分成等量的小剂子

5.取其中一份擀开,包入蜜豆馅

6.收口,用手整理成椭圆形

7.放入蒸锅,大火出蒸汽后计时,转小火,20分钟左右即可。关火后不要马上打开盖子,闷两分钟再取出。
