1.准备鸭掌放入葱姜料酒焯水,鸡蛋煮至熟透。

2.鸭掌焯好水后捞出洗净,鸡蛋煮至熟透之后过凉水剥壳。

3.将准备好的烤肠改成花刀,剥好壳的鸡蛋同样改成花刀。

4.将准备好的卤菜放入电饭煲内,加水刚好没过菜。

5.放入准备好的葱姜八角,桂皮,香叶,白芷,肉蔻,干辣椒。

6.再放入准备好的孜然老抽,生抽,蚝油和盐。

7.放入电饭煲内,按煮饭键。
