1.黄鱼去鳞,去鳃,去肚,洗净。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.因为不怎么吃辣,所以辣椒酱最后放的。
2.鱼上拍些淀粉,好煎.
3.在鱼底下放几片姜,不容易焦。
