1.糯米加大米电饭煲煲熟

2.香菇,萝卜干,干鱿鱼,虾米,芹菜所有材料准备好

3.将所有材料用花生油炒香,炒好后关火

4.把蒸好的饭加入炒好的材料,放入芹菜粒,沙茶粉,盐搅拌均匀

5.这是搅拌好的馅料备用

6.河粉蒸好准备揉面用,必须要烫

7.将雪粉倒入揉面的盆里

8.蒸好的河粉加入雪粉,太烫所以先用锅铲来把河粉压烂,戴上一次性手套加入一点点红英米(红色素),趁热把面和起来,必须是要河粉够烫才和的起来

9.面揉成团时加入一点花生油揉,这是已经揉好的面

10.取一小面团捏成碗型
