1.子排清水浸泡掉血水。

18.第二天一早,把子排均匀的铺在芦笋蘑菇上,烤箱210度烤25分钟(这时候你该去刷牙洗脸了)。

小窍门&温馨提示
因为我是要早起做“午餐便当??”所以前一天准备好放冰箱了,如果当天吃可以腌制半小时就烤了。
