1.准备的原料。

2.水加葱,姜烧开,加入蛤蜊烫熟。

小窍门&温馨提示
1,蛤蜊开水烫断生,壳张开就可以。
2.蛋液过滤,加盖保鲜膜再蒸,蒸好的蛋羹会比较细腻。
