1.准备打包食材:白菜要选这种没有抱芯的绿叶白菜,这种白菜就是没有长大成熟的青少年白菜,东北人俗称“趴拉棵子”。

2.白菜以及小青菜洗净控干水份,白菜叶要放蔫一点,这样打饭包不容易漏。

3.准备土豆泥食材:土豆选个头均匀的,表皮有麻面的,这样的土豆淀粉多,比较软面。冰箱里存的冻牛尾汤,用它炖土豆增加营养成分,没有牛尾汤用清水炖就行。喜欢吃土豆泥干面口感的,直接蒸熟捣碎即可。

4.土豆去皮切厚片。

5.锅内放油,把土豆片炒一下,均匀裹上油即可,不用炒太久。

6.加入冻牛尾汤。

7.煮至软烂。

8.锅内剩少许汤时,用土豆压泥器压碎。

10.准备鸡蛋酱食材:笨鸡蛋炒出来颜色金黄,加上熟黄豆酱不用放其它调料。

18.取一个白菜叶,在上面放上土豆泥、米饭、鸡蛋酱、葱花。

19.如果是待客吃打包饭,就这样对折一下装盘,客人自己拿着吃就行了,这样吃比较文雅,免得吃像难看客人不好意思动口。
