1.虾摘头去虾线用厨房剪开背。

2.放入料酒,生姜,白胡椒抓匀腌制一下去腥。

3.放入一勺淀粉拌匀。

4.锅内放适量油,把虾煎熟。

5.煎到两面金黄酥脆捞出。

6.锅里留底油,放两勺咸蛋黄酱。

7.炒到蛋黄冒小泡泡的时候放入虾。

8.再加入盐。
