1.准备材料

2.芒果去皮去核称重250克。

3..吉利丁片用一点点冷水泡软。

4.8寸戚风蛋糕横切成2片。

5.吉利丁片隔热水融化。

6.芒果肉用料理机打成泥。

7.泡好的吉利丁片放至微温,倒入芒果泥中搅拌均匀。

8.淡奶油倒入无水无油的盆中。加入50克白糖。

9.用电动打蛋器打至六分发。六分发就是奶油稍稍有纹路但是能勉强流动

10.芒果泥倒入打发好的淡奶油,搅拌均匀即成慕斯馅。

11.取一片戚风蛋糕铺在八寸活底模具底部。(因为上层不好看所以想把它藏在底下,结果发现刚刚好卡在模具底部,还有效防止慕斯液从底部渗出去。)

12.倒入一半慕斯馅。

13.放入另外一片蛋糕片。

14.倒入剩余的慕斯馅。蛋糕模刚刚好,最上面留下一点空间给镜面果胶。盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。

15.一大包菠萝味儿的QQ糖,加120毫升开水融化。

16.QQ糖液凉至20度以下时,从冰箱拿出冷藏好的蛋糕,轻轻倒在慕斯蛋糕上。继续冷藏一小时以上

17.我这个冷藏了一晚。第二天一早,取出模具,活底模下放一个细高点的杯子

18.吹风机围着模具吹一分钟即可轻松脱模。

19.成了。比以前做的紫薯酸奶慕斯效果好,可能是因为奶油的原因。虽然使用了淡奶油,但是跟芒果搭配清爽不油腻,不错!
