1.蛋清放入无水无油的盆中,放入白醋,分三次放入20g的白糖。

2.高速搅打至蛋清湿性发泡,有小弯钩即可。

11.轻柔地翻拌均匀。

12.把蛋糕糊倒入裱花袋中。挤在烤盘上,成为一个一个的小圈圈。

13.预热烤箱,上下货哦180度15分钟左右就可以了。

14.烤蛋糕的时候我们也不要闲着,这时候来搅打奶油。淡奶油放入大碗中,加入剩余的10g白糖。高速打发至裱花状态。

15.拿一片烤好的蛋糕,放在手里面凹一下。

16.挤一层奶油,摆一层草莓丁、芒果丁和菠萝丁。

1、烤箱设置仅供参考哈~这个蛋糕的大小和厚度每个人做出来都不一样。
