1.超市里买的已经腌制好的牛排(挑选肉比较厚又比较嫩的那种牛排),再洒少许胡椒到牛排上面

2.放少许油到锅里,开大火,把牛排放到锅里煎一分钟左右,锁住其水分

3.各个面都要煎到,煎好的牛排放置在一旁

4.准备做蘑菇泥,我挑选了白色和黄色两种菇,切细,半个洋葱和少许的蒜末

5.第四步的所有材料切细(我没有用料理机打碎,因为我觉得用刀切的,炒出来的蘑菇更有香气)

6.蘑菇碎倒进锅里,炒制,不需要加油

7.加适量的盐和五香粉调制一下

8.一直煸炒,直到没有水分为止,放在碗里放凉

9.先铺一层保鲜膜在底下,然后把培根铺上去,排整齐

14.酥皮擀薄

15.把牛排卷放上去,包起来

16.包好的牛排卷放入冰箱冷冻10分钟

17.取出牛排卷,用刀左右切出花痕,刷上一层蛋黄液,即可放入烤箱烤制(220度,45分钟)因为我做的这个牛排比较大块

18.烤好的牛排放凉15分钟再切
